Dr. Mark’s Credentials
Joseph Mark, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 20 years of practice in the Art of plastic surgery and is dedicated to providing the finest quality of medical care in cosmetic surgery. He is also a member of numerous societies and is on staff in local area hospitals.

Born in New York City, Dr. Mark attended Cornell University and went on to complete a Master's degree at Queens College in Flushing, NY. He then completed his medical degree at State University of New York In Brooklyn. This was followed by an Internship in Baltimore, MD. After general surgery residencies in Brooklyn and at Sinai Hospital of Detroit, Dr. Mark completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. He is currently affiliated with William Beaumont Hospital in Troy, MI, and with Crittenton Hospital in Rochester, MI, where he has served as Vice Chief of Surgery and Chairman of the Surgical Suite Committee.

In his military service, Dr. Mark was the Assistant Division Surgeon for the 82nd Airborne at Ft. Bragg, NC. He also serves as President of the Michigan Academy. He is an active member of several other medical professional societies which facilitates his keeping up with the latest development in medicine and plastic surgery.

Tina PolleinerTina Polleiner, Facility Director
Tina brings to Dr. Mark's practice over 17 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the medical and esthetics fields which complements her primary role as Facility Director. She coordinates all patient and public relations, business operations, sales and marketing efforts. In addition to managing our business, she serves as your personal liaison. Her focus is to have each person establish a lasting relationship with our practice. She is committed to the success and satisfaction of your personal experience by making sure that you get the individual care and attention that you deserve. She is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Tina has a genuine sincerity and compassionate sense that welcomes you like family.


Jennett McLaneJennett McLane, PCE and Senior Esthetician
As a Certified Paramedical Clinical Esthetician (PCE), Jennett is accomplished in all non-surgical skin care treatments such as injectable fillers, skin rejuvenation, laser skin rejuvenation and hair removal. As a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), Jessica brings to the practice her knowledge and skill in all techniques of massage therapy. In addition to being a CMT, she answers phones, schedules appointments, greets patients and maintains the front office. Her cross-training makes her an invaluable asset to the office. Marty ZarskiMarty Zarski, Coordinator of Anesthesia Services
With over 30 years of extensive background administering anesthesia for hospitals and private facilities, you will feel secure with your anesthesia care. Marty joined Dr. Mark in the late 1980s. With thousands of surgeries performed they have become a dynamic surgical team. Marty is trained in the latest equipment, techniques and anesthesia medications to ensure complete patient safety and comfort, which is his first priority.


Jan LotzJan Lotz, Coordinator of Surgical Nursing
Jan is Dr. Mark's second pair of hands in the OR. She brings to the practice over 25 years of operating room experience, 20 years of which she spent working with Dr. Mark. This level of training and experience makes her highly skilled to care for patients during their surgery. Responsible for insuring that the nurses in the OR have the appropriate training background to provide you with a safe and successful surgical experience.
