The Spa MD Appointment & Policies
Welcome to The Spa MD! We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional aesthetic services in a professional and relaxing environment. To ensure a smooth experience for all patients/clients and to respect our providers’ time, please review our policies below before booking your appointment.
Appointment Booking
- All appointments require a valid credit card to secure your booking.
- We recommend scheduling in advance, as our providers are often booked weeks to months ahead.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to allow us to serve all clients effectively.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure timely access for all clients, we have a 48 hour cancellation and no-show policy. Fees are charged to the card on file for any appointment canceled within 48 hours or missed without notice.
Injection Medical Appointments:
- 15 minutes: $50
- 30–59 minutes: $100
- 60+ minutes: $150
Skin Health Appointments:
- Skin Consultation: $30
- Any Skin Health Service: $50
CoolSculpting Appointments:
- 50% of the scheduled treatment cost (these appointments require extended time).
Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows:
- Patients/clients who cancel or no-show three times will be required to prepay in full for future services. Prepaid amounts are nonrefundable if the cancellation policy is violated.
- Appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance will have the paid amount credited toward future services.
Respect for Our Providers’ Time
Our providers work diligently to accommodate every patient/client. Last-minute cancellations prevent other guests from accessing timely appointments. Your cooperation ensures smooth scheduling for everyone.
Refund Policy
- Services Rendered: All treatments are elective, and results may vary. Refunds are not offered for services already performed.
- Additional Treatments: Follow-up treatments may be recommended to achieve desired results.
- Retail Products: All sales are final. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item only.
- Gift Certificates: Non-refundable.
Childcare Policy
For the safety and comfort of all clients, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets should be left at home, unless they are a service animal.
